The "Walk With Me" Trek
The walk will take in the Thames Path to the head of the Thames.
Then the Cotswold canal to the River Seven, then onto Minehead.
Then I will walk from the Devon and Cornwall path to Poole in Dorset
and on through the New Forest to Salisbury and across country
back to the river Thames before returning to Hampton along the
Thames Path. This will cover approximately 900 miles, and take
just 12 weeks.
I've called this trek "Walk With Me" as I'd like to invite you
to take an afternoon or a few days to walk with me through some of
the most interesting, beautiful countryside in Southern and West
England
I started walking long before my mother was taken by LCH. I have
travelled to many parts of the world backpacking throughout many
poor countries. I always felt I would like to put my walking to
use to raise money for some good cause.
I never imagined that the cause would be to find a cure to a
disease that would be so close to home. Next >
